take what you need to turn you on

i can't understand why my fonts settings look different using 2 different browsers. its beyond annoying to find Google Chrome to be so retarded when it comes to this. so i guess Firefox would just have to do for the soul purpose of blog writing. hello folks!

the previous post had to be kept short and i'm sorry if i haven't mentioned any of those kindly billboard-type greetings because i honestly don't feel festive and excited about all these yearly celebrations. they are just like any other day only food comes in abundance which is ultimately BAD because i would have to be wheeled out of the door by the end of the day. not so good when you are wearing those cute little new year dresses. so this year i came prepared. loose chiffon top and hot pants for easy leg crossing and rolling over.

dad: why are you wearing your buruk shorts?!
moi: they are NOT buruk. its from Topshop! and besides its CHINESE new year. everyone will be in their tiny clothes anyway. i'm just blending in.

4 houses in 12 hours is no easy task. i was mostly sulky (bad chi for the new year!) because i was bored and feeling rather edgy. the boys played football on tv the whole time while i'm left yawning with headphones on in the far corner of the lving room. i joined in conversations if i had to and smiled to look polite when the elders are looking. i fell asleep in 2 of the couches; one because it was bloody hot and i was lethargic and the other time is because we were watching Planet Earth on uncle's HUGE-ASS tv and the scenery looked so peaceful.... mmmm....
