every day is earth day

the green era is approaching as the earth ticks in destruction. i have to admit that i am a little pessimistic about this as i think the world we are living in is spoilt beyond repair. the numbers are going against us all and sure the efforts done are great; but still a huge chunk of the entire population are not giving anything back. the great pacific ocean garbage patch is growing larger and are shifting every year to the shift in tides, the current earth condition now has the capabilities in changing the human DNA in less than 3 years; meaning in a couple of years the evolution of man would be different to survive the harsh environment in the near future. as corny as it sounds, something has to be done; education wise. in my 15 years of studying i have yet to be taught about anything new about the current earth situation. so where do i learn this things you ask? its called incentive motherfuckers. you live in this world that you yourself know is changing throughout the years so why not ask the question and find the answers to why. the harshness is needed because of the harsh reality that seem to have slipped many's mind. what gets me angry is the lack of action taken in our own contry when we are the ideal country to start something. we are surrounded by natural greens, even in the city but do we care? no we don't.

i wrote this because today while driving by a kampung area in the city itself, i saw people still burning garbage outside their house. despite the serious haze outside there are still stupid people who simply cannot piece two together to realize that they are contributing to the situation. i would understand if they live in caves but hello they live in the freaking city.
who the fuck cares if you're living in poverty. its not an excuse to not know and understand how the environment works. no offence but i believe their stupidity leads to why mother nature strikes at the poorest region first.
which leads to why things happen to the poverty level of society. its not a case of bad luck but a case of ignorance. being in a rut does not give you the excuse to stop aiming high. it just means you need to work harder. which is why people who are already a pest in society are the laziest ever.
back to the environment... i believe people need to step up and contribute. how? stop litering for once. malaysians are known to litter in public despite having a garbage can 1 feet away. and say no to plastic bags if you are just buying a pack of gum or a can of drink that you're gonna drink right away.

do the right thing.
